REFUND & CANCELLATION

General Refund Policy

Payments made to Techno Infonet Gujarat Pvt. Ltd. are treated as service/project payments. Once a payment, advance amount or deposit is made, it is considered non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Clients should confirm requirements, scope, timeline and commercial terms before making payment.
• Any refund or adjustment request will be reviewed based on the signed proposal, invoice, quotation or agreement.
• Project-specific agreements, if signed, will override this general website policy.

Web Design, Web Development, eCommerce & Mobile App Development

Payments for Web Design, Web Development, eCommerce and Mobile Application Development projects are generally made in increments as a courtesy to the client.

Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is cancelled or postponed, all amounts already paid will be retained by Techno Infonet Gujarat Pvt. Ltd.

• If work has already started, paid amounts will be adjusted against planning, design, development, communication, project management and resource allocation work.
• If completed work exceeds the amount already paid, the client shall pay the balance amount for work completed beyond the paid amount.
• Project cancellation or postponement does not automatically qualify for refund once resources have been allocated or work has begun.

SEO Work

By paying for any SEO service, the customer understands that Techno Infonet Gujarat Pvt. Ltd. does not provide guaranteed ranking for any search engine optimisation service.

We charge fees for professional SEO services to make the website SEO-friendly and to optimise it for better ranking opportunities. Search ranking depends on multiple external factors including competition, search engine algorithms, website quality, content quality, technical structure, domain authority and market behaviour.

• Not achieving a specific ranking position cannot be used as a reason for refund.
• SEO payments are charged for professional work, analysis, implementation and optimisation effort.
• Once payment is made for SEO or related services, it is not refundable.

Chargebacks And Payment Disputes

If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute from a credit card company, payment gateway or bank, your service and/or project may be suspended without prior notice.

• A chargeback fee, along with any outstanding balance, must be paid in full before service is restored.
• Files, deliverables, source code, designs or project assets may be held until billing issues are resolved.
• Further work will remain on hold until the chargeback/dispute is closed and all dues are cleared.

Requesting a chargeback or opening a payment dispute for a valid charge is not an appropriate method of obtaining a refund. Please contact us first to resolve any billing issue.

Policy Violation And Account Termination

Techno Infonet Gujarat Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to disable, suspend or terminate a user’s account, service access or project access if the user/client is found violating applicable terms, payment terms, misuse policy or service conditions.

Cancellation Request Process

If you want to cancel, pause or postpone any service or project, please send a written request to our team with your project details, invoice details and reason for cancellation.

• Cancellation requests must be shared by email from the authorised client contact person.
• Our team will review the project status, work completed and payment status.
• Any pending dues, completed work charges or applicable service fees must be cleared by the client.
